Thank you for your interest in technical training with Thermo Fisher Scientific.  The process requires several steps:

 

Important:  Approval must be granted to participate in Thermo Fisher Scientific service training courses.  All external learners need a Thermo Fisher Scientific Manager approval.  The Manager is Robert Mickle – robert.mickle@thermofisher.com.  

 

      Step 1:  Approval Process:

Supply answers to the 14 questions below and email them to Robert Mickle for review of training request.  Robert determines if training is approved or not.

 

  1. Is your company/group an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc?
  2. Does your company have a CDA in place?  If not, Robert Mickle can help you get this in place.
  3. Name of company?
  4. Mailing address for company?
  5. Contact Name for company? Who will process the payment?
  6. Phone number of the company contact?
  7. Email address for the company contact?
  8. Number of learners?
  9. Name of requested training?  Include the TFU# if you have it.
  10. Learner names, and email addresses?
  11. Which of the following is the level of training needed by the learner?
    1. Level 1-Basic Maintenance
    2. Level 2-Maintenance, theory, Basic Repair
    3. Level 3-Service Level Training with no KB Access
    4. Level 4-Service Level Training with KB Access
  12. Does your company realize external learners pay for this service?
  13. Will your company send learners to a Thermo Fisher Training location for training?
  14. Which of the following best describes the potential learner(s)?
    1. End User
    2. 1st Responder
    3. On-site Person and /or shop
    4. Other, please provide description.

You will be advised if service training is approved or declined.
