Training, Mentoring, and Certification

Requirements:

Before Mentoring –

• A person needs to be approved by (RPG to mentor learner (RPG will supervise the mentor during the process of the FSE being mentored).
• Email PRG for approval uspal.supportcompliance@thermofisher.com

Already a Mentor –

• IES FSM assigns learner to Complete
  1. TF_857361 eLearn: RPG Core Qualification Service Training
  2. TF_489361 eLearn: Laboratory Equipment Validation Service Training for Engineers Globally
• IES Instructor/Mentor requests TMS to set-up Event Mentoring
  1. TF_489001 Mentoring: Laboratory Equipment Validation Service Training 
• When the mentoring event is complete by learners – instructor/mentor emails uspal.supportcompliance@thermofisher.com mentee has completed mentor training.
• Instructor/mentor updates attendance for credit in TFU event for contacts for TF_489001 Mentoring: Laboratory Equipment Validation Service Training event in learners TFU profile. Or TMC to give learner credit.

* In future – IES assigning by curriculum instead of three of the TFU items individually. More to come on this.
